Uchi-Komi Band MM One side features the RockwellThis band has the standard rice grain cotton on both ends much like the sleeve of the gi, joined by an elastic rubber band. Designed for judo training exercises to mimic the draw of the kimono of the opponent. This elastic band is excellent for performing countless exercises and uchikomis while providing the tori with distance and resistance to not only strengthen grip but arms, shoulders and core.
